Make economic plans for large business projects.

Xpert-Timer Pro is an excellent economic tool to make work plans on long-term projects. In each entry of the plan you can store detailled information on each client, reports made, invoices sent, etc. At all times you can see how the project is advancing, and also the time and resources being used in each job done.

If the project is large, you can divide it up into subprojects, and within each subproject there are tasks. At any time you can get, in Xpert-Timer Pro, a list of the cost of each task/subproject up to that moment. All this information can be exported to XLS, CSV or RTF.

Xpert-Timer Pro also lets you categorize the clients and activities, add notes, make quote estimates according to the project duration, save attached documentation so it can be used by anyone on the same LAN, synchronize your team data with the global project database, etc.
